How do I choose the right size radiator for my room?
To select the correct size, you must calculate the BTU (British Thermal Unit) requirement for your space. This depends on room dimensions, window types, and wall insulation. We recommend using our online BTU calculator or consulting a heating engineer.
What is the typical delivery timeframe for bulky heating units?
Standard stock items are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. For designer or custom-finished radiators, lead times can range from 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do your radiators come with valves and brackets included?
All our radiators include the necessary wall mounting brackets and bleed valves as standard. However, radiator valves (the parts that connect to your pipework) are sold separately so you can choose a style that matches your decor.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-painted or bespoke sized radiators are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our radiators come with a manufacturer's guarantee ranging from 5 to 15 years, depending on the material and model. This covers leaks and finish defects under normal operating conditions.
Can I use your radiators with a heat pump system?
Most of our modern aluminum and high-surface-area steel radiators are compatible with low-temperature systems like heat pumps. We recommend sizing up the radiator dimensions to ensure adequate heat output at lower flow temperatures.
