At Radiators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heating solution. If your product isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the radiator in its original box with all mounting hardware and manuals included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-goods pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for any installation damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement radiator within 5-7 business days.
